I believe your wedding day deserves to be documented honestly, not staged for a highlight reel that never happened.

My work combines documentary style shooting, with an editorial edge. Natural light, real reactions, minimal direction, and an editing style that looks true to life, so that you remember the day exactly as you lived it.

To me this was never just about handing over a set of files. It is about giving you something that evokes emotion. Photographs you’ll be proud to show to future generations.

With this approach, couples often tell me they forgot they were even being photographed, which to me, is exactly the point.

With calm, confident direction, I guide you through each moment so you always know where to be and what to do, even if you've never been in front of a professional lens before. What that means in practice is a day where the storytelling stays honest and the images still look like they belong in print. Real connection, real family moments, real you, captured with the kind of intention that turns a wedding day into something you actually got to live, not just perform for.

  • Authenticity

    My main goal is to ensure my couples feel completely confident in me, almost seeing me as more of a guest, than a supplier. I pride myself on my ability to connect with people on a personal level, understanding exactly what it is that makes them truly happy, as this happiness is exactly what will show in the images I capture.

    Reliability

    A good Wedding Photographer is nothing, if they are not reliable. In my opinion, reliability is the foundation of trust, which is incredibly important on a wedding day. I aim to remove any sense of stress from my couples prior to, or on their special day and the reassurance that I will be there, prepared and on time, removes that uncertainty from a couple.

    Intentionality 

    Everything I do, is for a reason. Some photographers will simply show up and let the ball roll, which is fine…but this is not how I like to work. Everything I do in the background, from the minute I end an initial intro call with a couple, makes part of the overall service a couple receives from me. Meticulous planning, shot lists, timeline organisation etc all results in a best in class service, that my couples recommend time and time again.

  • My entire approach to Wedding Photography is to make my couples feel as comfortable and confident as possible in front of the camera. 

    Capturing beautiful images, whilst taking away any nerves, on one of the most incredible days of their lives. 

    With a natural, yet artistic style of photography, I focus on capturing authentic moments, as they happen, to preserve that emotion in stunning photographs for you to enjoy forever.

    I guide my couples more than pose them, allowing them to still feel completely natural and comfortable, whilst at the same time positioning us to capture magazine worthy photographs.
